Meet Your Coach
I’m Coach Tiffany and I empower moms to turn ‘knowing what to do’ into action by focusing on the ‘how,’ not just the ‘what’—with a compassionate, step-by-step approach that fits your life.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked with clients looking to lose weight, get stronger, and feel better in their bodies. After earning my degree in Exercise and Sport Science, I started with the usual: designing workouts, managing calories, and tracking macros. It was all about the 'what to do,' and some clients achieved jaw-dropping results. But that wasn’t the norm, and even those who did achieve results often struggled to maintain their progress.
I began to question: Was it just a lack of discipline or motivation? Why did so many people struggle to make fitness and good nutrition an ongoing priority, even when facing serious health risks?
These questions led me to dive deeper into the science of behavior change and develop a more comprehensive understanding of health. I went back to school, enrolling in certification programs and continuing education courses to study behavior change, psychology, and deep health.
One of the most important things I learned is that we are far more complex than just calories in versus calories out—our health is shaped by factors like our environment, past experiences, relationships, mindset, and biology. This shifted my coaching approach to focus not only on what to do but how to make it work in real life, helping clients build sustainable habits tailored to their unique challenges and lifestyles, especially for those who’ve struggled to stay consistent.
I’ve also faced my own struggles with mental health, giving me an even deeper empathy for my clients. I understand how stress, anxiety, ADHD, and depression can affect motivation, emotional, and physical health, and that has profoundly shaped the way I coach—compassionate, supportive, and always client-centered.
